Tariffs & Booking Information

Domaine Lavie's current tariffs are:

We are open all year round. During July and August we only accept weekly bookings with an arrival/departure day of Saturday for Courtyard and Orchard cottages and Sunday for Park and Terrace cottages.

Short Breaks, for a minimum of 3 nights, are available between September and June when arrival days can be flexible to fit in with your travel plans and current flight schedules. Please contact us for availability and cost.

Park Cottage and Terrace Cottage are also available for long winter lets, for a maximum of 90 days. Please contact us for availability and cost.

Prices include electricity and gas, except during the period from 1st November to 31st March where there will be an additional charge for heating (excluding Christmas & New Year), payable locally on departure.

A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to confirm the booking. The balance, together with a refundable security deposit of £250, is due 6 weeks before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 14 days of departure, subject to our terms and conditions.

We prefer payment by direct bank transfer in either sterling to a UK bank or Euros to a French bank.

We are required to collect Taxe de Séjour on behalf of the local commune. The rates are per night for each person aged 18 and over and we will ask for this from guests during their stay. The current rates are 1.96€ pppn for Orchard, Park and Terrace cottages, which are classified as 4*, and 1.18€ pppn for Courtyard Cottage, which is classified as 3* (although furnished and equipped to the same standard as the other cottages, the bedrooms do not quite meet the size required for 4 *).

All our properties are non-smoking, as is the area around the swimming pool.

We do not accept dogs during July and August. We may accept dogs at other times if requested at the time of booking and subject to our written agreement and the acceptance of additional Terms & Conditions.
